I appreciate your input. But, why wouldn't the company keep shares intact? I understand that is more debt for them, but isn't there some insider ownership as well? Doesn't that also build some credibility for a company that was basically forced into bankruptcy by a lender? Why should shareholders pay for a forced bankruptcy? I am not very familiar with bankruptcy proceedings and law, and would like to learn more about their chances. Thank you
