Wow! That's insane. GC has really doinked retail investors right through their pants. It's clear that AMBS doesn't give the slightest damn about investors. He's only using them to pay for his salary and keep this yo-yo of a company going. I wish I could save people from scams like this. All I can do is warn people away. Will AMBS ever become a real company? I have no idea, but as long as it keeps playing these games with shareholders, they are the very definition of scam because they are scamming people out of their hard earned money.

My strong recommendation: stay the heck away from AMBS. There are far too many good stock choices out there. Better to buy higher priced stock from stellar performers than to buy dirt cheap penny stock hoping that in buying cheap shares in large volumes one will strike it rich IF THE COMPANY MAKES IT.

Slower but steady over time is better than gambling with a proven loser because it seems cheap.
