no need for lawyers, what I will do will hurt much more, and also there is nothing, unless an insider was to flip to the SEC. there is not case, Klean was not required to say anything, but a real, and good company would have stopped it, after all the trading was going on in there name, with insiders in there own company as CEO of the company being traded. it does not take much to see the problem to a real company, no real company that plans to go on to the market would let ANYONE trade like that in there name. it just hurts Klean. but yes I think they all made big money. as for me, I could care less about the money, I will leave it in until it dies or hits $5 a share
