Everyone has emailed the lawyer and asked if the shares are getting cancelled. Everyone is arguing that the judge makes the decision.

Has anyone tried emailing the judge? Either to ask, or to voice their opinion as a shareholder, someone else who is affected by his ruling. Nobody? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?
