Voluntary delisting in the penny stock world is not always a bad thing- when delisting actually happens compnay has to buy shares-delisting can also mean merger is on the way...here though, I took the advantage of the bid and sold...might regret it, my buy in price was really low, but this things been junk since I bought in, despite my low entry point...GLTA
