Its a long story but I think if you read over the filings from the on the OTC market page for lacdf that will be a starting point for research along with reading some Joe Lowry lithium guy articles and also read about Lithium prices and the Big 3 . that should give you a baseline to why this stock and Lithium stock are moving.
