1) There won't be a device this summer - maybe in the fall though - this is based on my new timeline having spoken to management who said themselves that they are trying to do something that has never been done before and it can take longer than expected (that was recently...)
2) Have to perform well-designed research trials (outside of the state of Florida) where THEY try and detect THC in breath with the device they eventually put together. Do you know how incredibly complicated it will be to correlate blood THC level to the level the device reads? They sure do have to do it... they can't just build a device and give it to the government before it works... who exactly do you think they will give it to? NOBODY knows how this science works... it's NEVER BEEN DONE!

They brought Huestis on board to help facilitate this process. Call Rav and ask. This will take 1-2 years minimum, it's never been done before.

Fact: Everyone's been waiting for a device to come any day now for 2 years. There is still no device... and they only ordered parts a month or so ago
