I believe you are right and we agree as it relates to their knowledge Of MDMN. I can only hope for the SH sake that you might be wrong about the final outcome as it relates to SH value. I do agree historically that it has not been good for us, but hope as you said, the deal might be good enough to give us a positive break for a change.
