Oh, I read the SCAM very carefully. Looks like they want to screw the warrant holders again. Also did you notice they said "offer" so no one has to accept it. Currently 1 warrant is worth 5410 shares, so that means at .0001 it's worth $0.541 so taking the new deal would give $0.25 per warrant. Now that's a 50% reduction plus a worthless Series B warrant. These con men are just too clever to be stupid. This turkey is toast no matter what trickery they use.
