Janice, I'm curious. WOGI tweeted that

WOGI sent an email to the OTC&PST w/documentation showing the illegal transfer of control of POTG&requested an investigation.


Assuming that "OTC" means OTCMarkets and "PST" is Pacific Stock Transfer, do either have the authority or responsibility to "investigate" anything?

Custodianship was transferred by a court. Wouldn't this have to go back to the courts?
