3.In May and June of 2016, the Company issued an aggregate of 8,250,000 units to investors for aggregate proceeds of $33,000.

30,500,000 + 9,750,575 + 8,250,000 = 48,500,575

ps...$$ from #1 was received in Nov 2015...monies from #'s 2 and 3 were received in May and June 2016...

pss...we see the shares from #1 (6 month hold period over) and #2 (immediately free trading upon issuance) being sold on a daily basis---the shares from #3 are restricted for 6 months...
