With little spare resources telling the Market that there is no change in the expectations of receiving the permit other than it taken longer than expected would in management's judgment not be a good use of funds unless warranted. If the Company hasn't disclosed they have been awarded the permit or that the permit will not be issued then the ordinary man assumption would be that the Agency is taking longer than expected.
