My guess is acquisition news will drop any day. That should definitely be enough to push the PPS over $0.01. Then they'll start the uplisting process. Should be on the OTCQB 30 days after that if all goes well.

Best part about this stock is there's a lot to look forward to in the coming weeks. July 1st quickly approaches...
