The benefits for honest people and honest companies to go to Wyoming versus Nevada are enormous! They moved to Wyoming to get rid of the dirty past of the shell they acquired BSSP. Everything will be brand news. New company, new ticker etc. Nevada has a lot of trash penny stocks. Wyoming is far better penny stocks and business LLC's etc.. All of my extended families LLC's for large properties, shopping centers etc. that are in LLC's to protect their children in inheritance situations and more are all in Wyoming as the lawyers stated it was the best.
