IMO A/S Increase This Time 14C. Don't Panic.

Increase In A/S Does Not Definitely Mean That Will Translate To Dilution. If More Shares Are Needed To Proceed, They may Be used Less Aggressively If The PPS Is Allowed To Recover.

It Would Be Better Than R/S At This Level.

Preferred Stock (IMO) Is Less Likely Than Common Shares.

All Speculation But Prepare Yourself.

Panic Selling Does Not Reward Shareholders.
