As part of this revised plan, the Company and Stephen Jones agreed that it would be best for Medically Minded U.S.V.I. ("MMUSVI") to continue its efforts outside of MMHC. This will allow Mr. Jones and MMUSVI to focus efforts solely on the U.S. Virgin Islands legislation. The Company and Mr. Jones will continue to work together on potential opportunities for both companies as legalization comes to pass and the industry evolves in the Islands.
