$MINE Santa Monica Observer, U.S. Gov't Will Legalize Marijuana on August 1.
Federal Preemption means weed will soon be legal in all 50 states, with a prescription.

Although CBD's are already legal in all 50 states, just plain good news for The Herbal Collection, HEMP Products and MJ.
