I am not sure I see the significance in all the effort. The company received the money from Navesink and issued options.None of us invested in Navesink so what they do after the fact is really no concern of mine.

With all of the investigating going on around here doesn't it seem odd that JnJ never brought up one issue about any of this stuff over a 5 yr period where they lost their main patent?
