Loan........My Mistake,I simply posted whatever I could find,and noticed "what I read" as the status of the company with the State of Delaware.

Your either in Good Standing or your not.

"This is not a statement of good standing" is the opposite of "This is a statement of good Standing" kind of thing.

Poor wording.

"The Certificate of Good Standing, also known as a Certificate of Existence, is a certificate provided by the Delaware Secretary of State declaring a company is current and up-to-date on all annual Delaware compliance."

Why not just not make this Statement on the site. Why not simply,for the unfamiliar with Delaware Corporation search,explain this...instead,it immediately makes you wonder if everything is cool with this company?

I guess Delaware wants the $10 to get basic information like "Good Standing".

Not sure if it's a huge deal.

All I said was "compliance"...nothing more.
