AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO DISMISS
FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

This is exceptional news!!! I had a conversation with my advisor/friend who says this is one half of the puzzle. It will certainly end the dilution because ALJs rule 90%+ in favor of the SEC and now will take over the case again Ironridge and the principals. Therefore, the dilution is for all purposes, done.

The other half of the puzzle is now regarding the business. Is there a business? Does anyone in here speak with Mr. Alvarez. It sounded like some investors had direct lines of communication with Mr. Alvarez?

I am speaking with my advisor later in the day in hopes to better understand the situation. I am surprised there is no volume yet...
