He already placed a time frame on it, April or May 2016, and it has come and gone.
IMO, no matter what the outcome of the 'Brexit' vote; gold, as well as most commodities, will see about a week of turbulence. But when the dust settles, there will only be a modest change either way.
As to how the long term picture looks after 'Brexit', it all depends on which economic theory the big players chose to follow.
