To completely rejects Briscoe's idea that there might be a Bisbee equivalent at Hay Mountain is, in my opinion, to fail to properly assess the situation.

Personally, I don't completely reject it. However, with the bullshit hype, the recent selective disclosure, and the absurd level of secrecy - I have to ask - at what point does a person admit that the ends no longer justify the means?
