Another important thing to point out... something that we KNOW.

L3 mentioned a week or two ago that they want to acquire an ETD company and that they want to implement that technology in their EDS units.

Everyone knows that this is where the market is heading and we know that L3 needs us in order to make that happen (unless they're going to somehow manage to get Smith to license their ETD tech to them??). There are no other ETD companies on the market who make sense.

Who knows what that is worth? My guess is that it's at least $300M (referenced on the call), but it could be worth more than that as i'm not sure they are going to give away their highest possible price on a publicly available CC.
