I think he meant P-M will buy TRTC. You still need permits from all states to do business. So PM would have to go thru the same hoops as others did. That is one of the reason why a lot of people are mad at DP for not splitting the preferred shares. A P-M could just walk in a take over TRTc for nothing,by buying up the common.
