It's not a sleeper.
Just a very low shares outstanding of 2,500,000, and only 1,100,000 on the float. That's not good. Management is surely owed stock and until they put out the agreements for their shareholders to verify, this will only be another stock play. The CEO has complete control of the stock issues and that is not a good sign. But still. Great stock play on such a small float.
