Receipt of your June 3, 2015 submission is acknowledged as a notice of alteration in accordance with section 14 of The Environment Act.

The requested change to the Development as Licensed is to utilize the newly constructed east tailings pond as a temporary polishing pond for discharge purposes. Specifically, the request is to discharge between 750,000 m3 to 900,000m3 of polishing pond water from the east tailings pond directly to the environment via the No Name Creek discharge point..."
