Why do insightful writers as Garrison Keillor still confuse the heart with the brain?

Since when does personal pride come from the heart? And this,

"The man does not have a heart."

when Trump clearly does have one.

I guess we must just accept it as being that some poetic license is ok anywhere.

LOL. Ok. Guess i'm just being picky, eh.

ps: actually Trump's brain acts in many ways just like a thoughtless pump. So ok.
