I am under the assumption that the 10k will be filed shortly as i am told by the person that knows. I also believe that management is in discussion with entities. I believe that we will get a direction from the company soon. This $29,000,000 is worth a lot of money once it is put to work.
I just came across a public company that just received a check from the
IRS for $8 million because of an NOL. This is real money and i do know that the IRS has approved their business plan once a company is located and will fit vsym's objectives.
