The clock continues to tick as ERHC management refuses to disclose the details of this well despite the fact that results have already been reported by third parties. The pattern of ERHC deliberately hiding material events from their own shareholers and investors continues. Who will we blame it on this time? Probably CEPSA but they have no obligation to report results to anybody ever and may not ever do so because they are a privately owned company. It is up to ERHC to report material events to their shareholders on a timely basis. They are failing once again to do so. Is anybody surprised?
