**It looks like he's timing it for 10 days from now to be tapped out of bidders. Lets see if Im right. Triple .0001 in 10 days from now AGINE. 06-17-2016 start date 06-27-2016 because that is the dead line to get back to current by my count.

SEC rule17(b) does not prohibit free speech. It does not prohibit spamming, online newsletters, posting on message boards, without other activity as well. But lying to investors, or failing to disclose compensation, does violate the law
