Do your homework. They are dead.

Closed out their AZ business licenses
Closed out their NV licenses
Closed out their BLM account
Wyoming State of Incorporation Statutes has expired!!!
Revoked out their trading abilities (i.e.: REVOKED!!!)
Was in fight with their transfer agent
Closed offices
emails DEAD
Fax DEAD
phone DEAD
website DEAD
Executives went into hiding
...and TONS more to prove they are DEAD!.

DO A LITTLE TEST......

Can you buy a share?

Can you sell a share?

Can you speak to executives or IR????
