AK, I asked this same question at the time the deal was first PRed,and this board blasted me as a basher and whiner. NOW you start to see that all Lynch had to put up was the 615k to get one-third of the company. So his stock wasnt' really based on 3 million as everyone was saying back then. There was some celebrating about what a sharp business guy Lynch is - well, it looks like he didn't turn his skills toward helping the company so far. I can't begin to explain to you how disappointed I am with how things have gone.
