Again, this is speculation based off trying to tie logic to the "events" here.

Clearly, the hiring of folks last year during high market cap times and for those folks to turn around and leave so soon implies something happened.. Was a contract down payment secured and then fell through?

I don't buy the argument that ITD tripled their capacity, acquired an expensive facility and made upgrades to it to service their current business flow. I haven't seen much press about a bunch of new business. Plus the timeline kinda speaks to a stutter step approach to that facility..

I don't see how Kallo could land a contract without staffing or hard assets to back up the execution.

ITD seems interested in the mobile/modular medical and health industry. Seems like it could be a good fit for them. Do they need Kallo?? Would public markets help their flexibility and global exposure?? Is there any ties left between the two companies??? I don't know.
