Pump? What pump? Commencing online sales is a pump?

Why would an 8k stating they are starting online sales on June 21, 2016 be considered a pump? Why would this drive the price up? How would this inflate the price of NHMD?

Can someone please explain it to me?

A signed purchase order will drive this price up. Not an 8k stating they are commencing online sales.
