Why do you think that the price will go up? There will be no employees a/o 8/1/2016, and probably no cash left at that point.

"The company states that stockholders could end up with nothing: As part of the wind down of operations, the Company will conduct a reduction in force impacting all of its remaining full-time employees, consisting of approximately 50 employees, beginning August 1, 2016.The company said it had about $5.5 million in cash and cash equivalents as of Tuesday but that "it is possible that there will be no liquidating distribution to stockholders."
