From what I've read by the different trader's. VIICQ is out of chapter 7 and should be doing fine. Hint the sc 13G filed back in April of this year. Now the heavy volume 15M shares in a day. I don't know how severe this suspension is? Not many trader's are buying a stock that is belly up you know.
MMs need to up date financials with the SEC and this stock should open again. I don't know who you can talk to about that. I don't know any VIICQ MMs.
