nobody is accusing him of leaking insider information. making false post about news to move a stock is manipulation. that is illegal. there is no news for neca yesterday, today, tomorrow, etc. that poster i was referring to is only saying whatever he thinks will move the stock. he knows absolutely nothing about the company. he doesn't even know the os, because he doesn't care. he only wants to move the stock enough to dump shares and that means saying whatever he thinks will cause people to buy his shares.
