I'm a long time holder of the stock. My reaction to this news is that we seem to have another company with no name that will produce part of the product.
There is no mention of a solid plan to produce and deliver the end product. Until we have production and deliveries, followed by cash flow, we are still living in the world of unkept promises.
Kontopolis was mentioned years ago and was supposed to have joined the company way back when. Then there was no mention of him again, until now. Where was he ? How about a press release where he speaks about his role with the company ? How about one of those from Perkowski ? That might add a little confidence in what is to be done. The same old, same old PR's just don't cut it anymore, as you may have noticed.
Over a year ago a PR said production had started at the NJ location. Apparently it stopped when a couple of products were sent to China. I wonder why. If you had a zillion dollars of orders, wouldn't you have kept the production chain going, as limited as it may have been ?
And then there are the toxic loans, none of which seem to be filed with the SEC. We don't know how many nor when they will be done affecting the stock. Hard to get people excited about a stock that continues to be diluted.
