I believe there remains a patent infringement case against Insmed brought by Tercica in the U.K. It has been soome time since there has been any public update as to how far along in the legal system it has progressed.

As far as the partnering in the EU is concerned, it may be the quickest way to bring up the stock price, but management could be of the opinion that it would not provide the best long-term value to the company/shareholders. Like most of the issues with Insmed, its wait and see.
