The Contract is fake.

You really think that the governement is going to issue two separate contracts for two entirely different set of parts and have the price be exactly the same? The PRs are exact except for the dates and city of company. The FA Numbers are almost exact as well. Look at the other contracts and see how different they are from one another.

It's someone trying to pull our chain. I am almost certain of that.
