Yes, Philly has some old neighborhoods around and I'm sure all over there are small groups or individuals buying up distressed housing, fixing them up and flipping them for a profit.
My point was, that's not exactly a business for a public company, even one as small as Dolat.

And we still have the issue of $2.6 million in assets, with an unknown amount of liabilities.
