Not confusing, it's half the revenue which is cash in and they bear the cost but get to declare the expense we will not have since we have none after the pay off. When we've used our tax credit we will pay taxes in Mexico. He explained that just now and it will be much less than $1 mil total as they supply the heavy stuff and workers as their part. Will load a large pad asap forget the test. Plan is to use gravity concentration of the hi grade using what they think will be 300 tons daily but he says 200 will be just fine. No ball mill but a large capacity machine rolls round on rubber tires. Not sure what that thing is or looks like but may be a SAG mill uses rock itself to pulverize. That alone may be much as 200 oz daily! I fail to see how cost free 50% don't beat cost free 20% by about 30%. He's still at the office and says N Pacific is on site and begins dredging tomorrow.

Contract was written by him at the kitchen table in Caborca. Their guy took it away for an hour and called accepting it as writ. We're just reading exactly what he said we need as minimum and they agreed. Seems obvious they smell riches good enough to split down the middle. 8
