No Institutional lender will approve you for $160 Mil financing if that lender wont have a chance to get their money back and some interest payments or if a distressed company does not have a chance to restructure and come out from Bankruptcy! Remember UPLMQ @ .16 It exploded to 2.10 $$$$$$$$$
