Yes it seems to TJ but the word, "MAY" doesn't excite me. "May" to me means they're not sure and that they could have been more definitive and that to me is subject to question. I could be wrong but that is how I read it. "May" is like saying they haven't enough data to say they have done what they wanted to accomplish - GLTU
