They'd surely be facing class action shareholder lawsuits if this was a real company. Easy case for the lawyers. Company gave very bullish Q4 guidance back on 2/29/16. And even offered this tidbit in the same PR:

"The Company anticipates that this recent trend will continue into the next fiscal year and beyond."

Then they wait til 6/15/16 to paint a completely different picture. Surely they knew weeks ago that Q4 was going to miss...and Q1 would be down sharply...yet they said nothing.
