Wait a second, do you remember that the company was rid of all toxic debtors and then had a $2 mil, then $3 mil LOC and was in 2,000 stores? The only reason there's more toxic debtors is because he started taking out notes again and told shareholders that the first one was only taken out for emergency production for a game changing account, which never happened. Then he told everyone that he was returning shares to the treasury and the share structure was sufficient, only to return a few million and then reverse split everyone to the tune of about tripling the equivalent O/S. Of course the split was only to uplist, (not that they were out of money like the financials showed) which never happened and the stock is now sup-penny again already, not even able to qualify for OTCQB.

How is any of that looking out for shareholders? Yeah there's a story about how he fought hard to get control of Fizz from the ownership that was taking advantage of the situation and it cost them a few months, but it's a year later now if that story was even true and Fizz isn't even available online anymore, save for a couple cases they are trying to charge $38 for to try to keep it remaining in stock. Couple all that with the Coffee Boost accounts and release with Fizz (that was only delayed to save on costs) that never happened, the misdirection of endorsements to buy Avanzar with 1 billion more shares maxed out, whatever the Spring Break promo in Florida was supposed to be, the lack of any promotion in NY, Las Vegas or London and not responsibly building out LA first, and not seeing where this has been such a great, effective management team that is looking out for investors. The only reason a complete restart is needed is because of the failure to develop and execute a sustainable business plan. Don’t forget they are paying themselves 6 figure salaries and getting dividends on too despite the sharp decline in revenue, which really only went up because they bought an existing business, which is now dropping revenues.
