Bigjuice, from what I gather, it does not seem that management's strategy is to take over the daily operations for those home health agencies. From their current model, it seems more like RXMD's strategy might have been to build its base through the patients. This would allow RXMD to implement its model to manage the relationship between the doctor and patient to ensure they have the correct prescriptions and the prescriptions are filled/re-filled timely when needed. It would seem the intent is more to be the gatekeeper of the patient/doctor relationship more so than the daily operations of the facility.
