I could not disagree more, IB. I'm not sure what kind of deal you would like if not this one. I've heard several refer to it as a profit split, but that is not true. They split the SALES, and from their half of sales comes the cost of manufacturing and marketing, as well as multi-million dollar annual fees. That doesn't even include the $15 million milestones. All for a product which at the time did not yet have NDA. That's a great deal.




Elite will receive a license fee computed as a percentage (50%) of net sales of the Products as defined in the Agreement and is entitled to multi million dollar minimum annual license fees Elite will manufacture the product for sale by Epic on a cost plus basis
