That is a possibility. The other possibility is that maybe Mann started this whole thing, gave free shares to pumpers. I don't know what's going on, want thing I know for sure, Mann's lack of communication with shareholders is not a good thing. Everything leads to a merger, it could be coincidence, it could be the real thing, or, it could be that they saw an opportunity to take advantage of it. The DD"s suggests that they are good friends, heck they even own houses on the same block, their share count "was" the same, no longer the same, Mann is the secretary and director of Klean Industries, Jesse is director of Harmonic Energy, Legal council represents both companies, Adrian is a director at Harmonic and has ties with Klean Industries, and many, many more that I forgot and this is not even including my own research. This is almost like the movie "The Usual Suspect" It has become very confusing because if Mann and Klean wanted to take this Nasdaq, there was no way, they would have let this slide the way it did. Some on this board claim the $1.03 SP was a sign that this is Nasdaq bound, I gave it benefit of doubt and still am, but if it drops further, I don't think that theory will ever happen. I tend to think they probably set the stage up for this to be a pump and dump, that's my theory. At the end of the day, Mann's lack of communication is too bizarre for me and that is the exact reason why I think something is not right. He has it so carefully planned so that he doesn't get his hands dirty, he just gave away free shares in exchange to get some life on the ticker, this ticker was dead before 4 months ago. Also, some say, it's not a shell, it's in a development stage, to me it's nothing but a shell, it has nothing to offer, other than a technology, which we don't know if it's viable. Haven't you noticed all the pumpers that were here before are gone now, churning, churning. Churning is right, they are churning the pumper, this has through cycles of pumper, now there is different arm chair quarter back, which most likely got free shares and will dump until this reaches single digits, heck possibly even back to the trips again. It keeps going down, maybe we will be up tomorrow and the next day, but the inevitable single digits are coming soon.
