announces that it recently filed a Form 10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) in order to become a fully-reporting public company. The Form 10 will be effective onFebruary 11, 2016, at which time the company will be subject to the reporting requirements of
the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. In addition, Depository Trust Corporation (DTC) hasapproved its common stock for DWAC/FAST transfer.
